What we can’t help with

We are an independent comparison site, not a betting operator, so we are unable to deal with anything tied to an operator’s service. That includes account access and verification, deposits and withdrawals, odds, market settlement and bonus disputes. Any of those need to go to the relevant operator’s own support team, who manage your account directly.
